• All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to the shipping partner for delivery.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

• Orders placed from metros and Tier 1 cities are usually delivered faster.

• Remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹699.

• A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below ₹699 (shown at checkout).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your package in real time.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

• Please make sure to enter the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

• If the address is incorrect and the package is undeliverable or misdelivered, we are not liable for the loss.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier issues

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Incomplete or incorrect address provided

However, we’ll do our best to assist you and coordinate with the courier for resolution.

7. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateways.
